Massage Therapy has been used for centuries to heal and relax the body, mind and spirit. Inspire means to infuse life thru breath and to stimulate energy. Breath is the essence of being and assists in healing your body.  The power of touch goes beyond the physical level to the mental and spiritual levels. At Inspire Massage, I encourage a process that includes both breath and touch to support healing and relaxation for the entire body, mind and soul.
